ラ・プラント
コート・シャロネーズ地区のジヴリに位置するラ・プラントは、一級畑に格付けされている。この畑の総面積は7.12ヘクタールであり、ドメーヌ・ダンジャン・ベルトゥーが主要な所有者として知られている。ジヴリの集落から見て北西側の斜面に位置しており、標高は約260メートルから300メートルの範囲に広がる。土壌は主にジュラ紀後期のオックスフォーディアン期に由来する石灰岩と粘土で構成されており、日照条件に恵まれた南東向きの斜面が特徴である。栽培されている主な品種はピノ・ノワールであり、この土地のテロワールを反映したワインが造られている。歴史的に安定した品質を保つ区画として、このアペラシオンにおける重要な一翼を担っている。
La Plante is a premier cru vineyard in Givry, the red-wine commune of the Côte Chalonnaise with a long association with the French royal table. Givry's premier cru map spans both banks of the Orbize stream, and La Plante forms part of that compact but varied *climat* mosaic.
Pinot Noir, red only. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, yields capped at roughly 45–48 hl/ha.
