ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュに拠点を置くヴァンサン・ルディは、ドメーヌ・ルシュノーで9年間にわたり研鑽を積んだ後、独立を果たした造り手です。叔父であるアラン・ミシュロの近隣に位置するかつてのニコラ・パテルの施設を拠点とし、現在は3.3ヘクタールの自社畑から6種類の赤ワインを手掛けています。栽培面では2013年から有機農法を取り入れ、2021年には認証を取得しました。醸造においては基本的に除梗を行いますが、ドメーヌ唯一の一級畑であるレ・ポレ・サン・ジョルジュの古木のキュヴェに限っては、一部に全房を用いて仕込まれます。師匠譲りの経験と独自の感性を融合させ、ニュイの伝統的なテロワールを実直に表現する、今後の発展が期待されるドメーヌです。

Domaine Vincent Ledy is a small Nuits-Saint-Georges estate. Nuits-Saint-Georges sits at the southern end of the Côte de Nuits — no grands crus, but a dense concentration of premier cru vineyards producing structured, age-worthy reds.
