レ・ゾーシィ
ヴォルネイに位置するレ・ゾシーは、1.70ヘクタールの面積を持つプルミエ・クリュです。2006年ヴィンテージ以降、行政上は隣接するロンセレに統合されましたが、主要な所有者であるドメーヌ・ビトゥーゼ・プリウール（0.51ヘクタール所有）やミシェル・ブズローは、現在も元の畑名をラベルに使用し続けています。標高240メートルから250メートルの斜面に広がるこのクリュは、古い沖積層に由来する褐色がかった土壌を特徴としています。なお、この一帯には一級畑のほかに、村名格のヴォルネイとして分類されている区画も1.56ヘクタール存在します。歴史的な評価では、ラヴァルが第2級、ロディエが第1級に格付けした記録が残る畑です。
Les Aussy is a premier cru *climat* in Volnay, on the Côte de Beaune. It is a small site — under a hectare in total registered holdings — split between just two producers.
Pinot Noir, red only. Total registered holdings reach approximately 0.51 ha. Farming follows standard Burgundy premier cru rules: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare and a yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha.
