ボワ・ルッソ
コート・ド・ボーヌの北端、ラドワ・セリニー村に位置するボワ・ルッソは、村の南東部に広がる一級畑である。総面積は7.12ヘクタールで、コルトンの丘の麓に広がるなだらかな傾斜地に位置している。この畑は、隣接する一級畑レ・ジョワイエールとともに、ラドワの中でも安定した品質の赤ワインを生み出す区画として知られる。主要な所有者には、0.48ヘクタールを保持するメゾン・キャピタン・ガニュロのほか、ドメーヌ・コルニュ、エドモン・コルニュ、G&P・ラヴォーといった地元の造り手が名を連ねている。土壌や標高などの詳細なテロワールに関する記述は限られているが、村を代表する一級銘柄の一つとして、ドメーヌ元詰めのワインが市場で流通している。
Bois Roussot is a premier cru climat in Ladoix-Serrigny, the small commune at the northern tip of the Corton hill in the Côte de Beaune. The village is better known as the base of several Corton grands crus, yet its own premier cru parcels — Bois Roussot among them — form a quiet mosaic across the lower slopes.
Pinot Noir, red only. Registered holdings add up to approximately 0.48 ha. Standard Côte de Beaune premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, a yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha, and a minimum potential alcohol of roughly 11.0–11.5%.
