History
Domaine Pierre Guillemot is a Savigny-lès-Beaune estate with its entire holding concentrated in four Premier Cru parcels of that commune. Savigny-lès-Beaune sits northwest of Beaune in a small valley, producing red wines from diverse exposures on both the Vergelesses and Guettes hillsides. Little is documented about the estate's founding or family history in public sources.
