Profile
1975年にシャンタル・レキュールによって設立されたこのドメーヌは、ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュとポマールを主な拠点とする造り手です。創設者の没後、運営は次代のエメリック・マシャール・ド・グラモンへと移り、醸造責任者のフランソワ・シャヴェリア氏が実際の差配を振るっています。栽培面では、21世紀初頭の2006年という早い段階で有機栽培の認証を正式に受けました。
現在はポマールのレ・ベルタンや、ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュのレ・カイユ、レ・ヴァルロといった3つのプルミエ・クリュを筆頭に、コート・ド・ボーヌの希少な区画も含め、多岐にわたるアペラシオンを管理しています。大手メゾンへブドウを供給していた時代を経て、今ではテロワールを尊重した誠実なワイン造りで確固たる地位を築いています。

History
Domaine Chantal Lescure is a small estate based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the southernmost village of the Côte de Nuits. The commune holds no Grands Crus, but its premier crus — dense and structured — carry genuine prestige. Public records on the domaine's founding are sparse, and its story is better told through its vineyards than through archival documentation.
Winemaking Approach
The estate works three parcels, all in premier cru territory, spread across two communes. That dual-village footprint gives the cellar a modest but real range of terroir to work with. Viticulture and vinification follow the classic domaine-bottling model, with each parcel vinified to express its own character.
