Domaine Adélie is the Côte Chalonnaise arm of the Albert Bichot group, based in Mercurey. The estate covers 7.8 ha in Mercurey — the largest commune of the Chalonnaise — producing predominantly red wines from Pinot Noir. It operates as a distinct domaine within the Bichot portfolio rather than as a négociant label.
