History
Nicolas Perrault is a small estate based in Maranges (Cheilly), at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune. Maranges — spread across three communes, Cheilly, Dezize, and Sampigny — produces structured red wines that remain relatively under the radar compared to their northern neighbours.
Winemaking Approach
