Domaine Dauvissat (Agnès et Didier) is a small estate based in Beine, on the western edge of Chablis country. Beine sits just outside the classified Chablis appellations, and producers here work Kimmeridgian-rich soils that share the same geological character as the grands crus further east.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with limited public documentation. The domaine holds one parcel — a Premier Cru site — and bottles under the traditional parcel-by-parcel model common to the region.
