フィサン村に拠点を置くドメーヌ・ジョリエは、1853年から続くマノワール・ド・ラ・ペリエールの6代目、ベニーニュ・ジョリエが担う歴史ある造り手です。所有する3つのプルミエ・クリュのうち、中心となるのは単独所有畑クロ・ド・ラ・ペリエールの6.55ヘクタールです。かつてから高く評価されてきたこの地では、未認証ながらオーガニック栽培を実践し、標高の高さゆえに収穫は遅めに行われます。醸造面では2017年から完全に全房発酵を採用し、新樽比率20〜30％で最大2年間の熟成を施します。全房由来のスパイス感と豊かな果実味が調和したワインは、かつての素朴な印象を脱し、洗練されたタンニンを備えています。白ワインもわずかに生産しており、冷涼な微気候を活かした独自のスタイルを確立しています。

History
Domaine Joliet is based in Fixin, the northernmost village commune of the Côte de Nuits. Fixin sits just south of Marsannay and produces sturdy, deeply colored Pinot Noirs — less polished than Gevrey-Chambertin to the south, but capable of real depth and longevity. The domaine's anchor holding is Clos de la Perrière, a Premier Cru long associated with the village's top terroir.
Winemaking Approach
Three Premier Cru parcels — Clos de la Perrière (6.55 ha), Les Arvelets, and Les Hervelets — give the domaine a strong footing in Fixin's small but well-defined premier cru landscape. Clos de la Perrière is the most significant: a large enclosed climat on the mid-slope whose structured, mineral reds represent Fixin's benchmark expression.
