ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュに拠点を置くドメーヌ・ジャック＝フレデリック・ミュニエは、プレモー地区に位置する単独所有畑クロ・ド・ラ・マレシャルを象徴とする造り手です。9.55ヘクタールに及ぶこの一級畑は1902年から同家が所有していますが、長らく他へ貸し出されており、2004年にようやくフレデリックの手元に帰還しました。彼はこの畑の壁の中に特別な空気感を見出し、広大な面積を活かした一貫性のあるワイン造りを行っています。石灰岩上の薄い土壌から生まれるワインは、かつての力強いスタイルとは異なり、フレデリックの優美な感性によって明瞭な果実味と穏やかなタンニンを備えています。また、一部の区画にはシャルドネが接ぎ木され、白ワインの生産も再開されました。ドメーヌの歴史と情熱が宿る唯一無二のモノポールです。
