ブルゴーニュワインの首都として名高いボーヌに拠点を置くデゼルトー・フェランは、この地では数少ない個人ドメーヌの一つです。大手ネゴシアンが生産量の大半を占めるこの町において、自社所有の畑から独自のワイン造りを行っています。ドメーヌが手掛ける唯一の畑は、プルミエ・クリュのレ・ソーです。ボーヌのアペラシオンは全体の約75パーセントが一級畑に指定されていますが、その本質は強固な骨格よりも、果実味を重視した快楽的な味わいにあります。とりわけ、斜面の位置によって優美さや力強さが変化するのが特徴です。一級畑レ・ソーを擁するこの造り手は、ボーヌの伝統的なワイン商がひしめく城壁周辺の環境の中で、この地ならではのテロワールを反映した希少な小規模生産を続けています。
